An estimate is not a guarantee that every possible condition can be identified before work begins.

6. Locksmith Procedures and Potential Damage

Locksmith work may involve picking, manipulating, removing, drilling, cutting, disassembling, repairing, or replacing locks or related hardware.

Whenever reasonably practical, Mike's Locksmith LLC may attempt less invasive methods before using more invasive methods. However, certain locks, security devices, damaged components, installation conditions, or emergency circumstances may require drilling, removal, replacement, or other procedures that can affect the existing lock or hardware.

Before performing work that is reasonably expected to damage or permanently alter a lock or related hardware, we will explain the proposed work to the customer when reasonably practical.

By authorizing such work, the customer acknowledges the nature of the requested procedure and the possibility that affected hardware may require repair or replacement.

Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

7. Automotive Services

Mike's Locksmith LLC provides vehicle lockout/opening services as described on our website.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our automotive services do not include:

• Replacement car keys
• Key duplication
• Key programming or reprogramming
• Transponder key programming
• Ignition repair or replacement

Vehicle service availability may depend on the make, model, year, lock system, security system, and condition of the vehicle.

The customer must have lawful authority to request access to the vehicle.

9. Payments

Payment is made separately from this website after locksmith services are performed, unless otherwise agreed.
